Tippmann Service
Tippmann Sports is proud to announce its plans to open a Customer Service Center in Merchtem, Belgium – a small community located just north of Brussels. The new center, expected to open in October of this year, will help the company provide better after-sale service and support to its customer base throughout Europe. The space Tippmann will occupy is being leased from National Paintball Games.
“Creating a European service presence is something we’ve considered for years,” said Howard Kosick, President and CEO for Tippmann. “The tremendous growth we’ve experienced in Europe over the past four years, along with our expanded product offering, has made it necessary for Tippmann to provide a higher level of service to the thousands of consumers who use our products.” Kosick added, “Merchtem was selected because it offers an ideal, centralized location where we can service the entire European market. Plus, NPG provided us with a great facility that’s ready-to-go.”
The Center will stock a full selection of Tippmann parts and some inventory of key Tippmann markers and accessories. Tippmann is currently searching for a facilities manager; an experienced service technician has already been hired and is relocating to the new facility. Brent Cunningham, Director of International Sales, stated “this facility will provide us with the ability to get warranty parts to paintball dealers and consumers much faster. We understand that – for a paintball player – an inoperable marker can be extremely frustrating. In the States, we take great pride in our ability to return repaired markers back to their rightful owners within 48 hours of receipt. And, there’s really no reason we can’t establish the same type of service model here in Europe – that’s certainly one of our goals.” Cunningham added, “Our ability to store a limited amount of inventory at this facility will also provide our customers with the ability to get key items quickly and avoid higher inventory costs or worse, a lost sale.”

MAXS Megastore Das Geheimnis wurde gelftet
Eines der best gehüteten Geheimnisse der Paintballsportszene ist gelüftet. Am 5. September eröffnet ein neuer Maxs Megastore Paintballladen im Herzen von NRW in Essen.
Der neue Paintballladen wird zukünftig von keinem geringeren als Dirk Podubrin, in der Paintballszene besser bekannt als "Rehlein" geführt werden. Dirk ist ein Urgestein der Paintballszene und hat diese in Deutschland wesentlich mit geprägt. Deutschlands grösster Paintballsportverein – die Spaceballs NRW e.V freuen sich bereits auf Dirk und sein neues Ladenlokal. Bisher mussten die Spieler/innen aus NRW Ihr Paintball – Equiptment und Paintballs immer über Umwege vom Maxs – Megastore in Friedberg besorgen. Dies ist vorbei und die Wege werden kürzer. Am 5. September ab 10.00 Uhr eröffnet der neue Maxs Megastore seine Pforten.
Dieser Tag wird auf jeden Fall etwas Besonderes werden. Viele Aktionen und ein ausgefallenes Paintball Ladenlokal erwartet die Besucher am Eröffnungstag. Der MEGASTORE NRW bietet Paintball Equipment und Flair auf über 150m²! Der Shop selbst liegt im Herzen des Ruhrgebiets, direkt in Essen beim Altendorfer City Center und wird in Zukunft allen Paintball-Sport Begeisterten das Herz höher schlagen lassen. Kommt vorbei, lasst euch individuell beraten und baut auf die starke Unterstützung für Rookies und komplette Teams.Der größte Paintballverein Deutschlands, die Spaceballs, sind am Eröffnungstag mit an Bord, sowie ein Teil der legendären MAXS Family.
Es wird vor Ort ein Catering geben und die Freizeit.- und Turnierspieler des Paintballsportvereins Spaceballs NRW versorgen Euch mit Informationen Rund um den Sport.
